Junget is offering a wide range of window production systems based on three premium suppliers: Weinig, Biesse and Stegherr.
Weinig Conturex
A Weinig window production system is often referred to as a Conturex machining centre. It combines a large part of the machining process in a single workflow, enabling efficient and flexible production of windows and doors.
Conturex is designed for CNC machining of solid wood components for applications such as windows, doors and façade elements. The machine combines several processes in a single setup and can therefore replace several traditional machines in the production process. The result is high precision, automated machining and shorter lead times.
The solution is used by both medium-sized and large window manufacturers where flexibility, quality and short delivery times are key requirements.
A Conturex machining centre is best experienced in operation – contact Junget to book a machine demonstration, or find inspiration at www.weinig.com.
Biesse Winline window production system
Biesse’s Winline concept was developed for efficient production of windows and doors in medium-sized companies. The solution combines the capacity of a production line with the flexibility of a CNC machining centre.
Today, the concept continues in the Rover Multi Pro W G, which is based on the same principles: high productivity, flexible machining and precision in the production of window and door components.
Stegherr window machinery
Stegherr specialises in machinery for the window industry – particularly for machining glazing bars, mouldings and other profile components. The machines are used, among other things, for producing cross joints and glazing bar constructions for windows.
The range includes specialised CNC and milling machines capable of carrying out several machining operations in a single setup, ensuring precise and efficient series production of glazing bars and frame components.
Window production systems are machine solutions designed for industrial production of wooden windows and doors. Modern window production often uses CNC machining centres and specialised machines capable of carrying out several machining operations in a single setup – such as milling, drilling, tenoning and profiling. At Junget, we supply machines for window production from leading manufacturers such as Weinig, Biesse and Stegherr. The solutions are used by both small and large window manufacturers and can be configured from individual machines to complete production lines, depending on capacity, automation and production requirements.
Typical machines in a window production system include CNC machining centres, glazing bar machines, tenoning and profile milling machines, as well as automated production lines for serial production of window components.
