With the +GO, +PRO and +PARTNER service agreements, you benefit from regular servicing, discounts on spare parts and fast assistance in the event of a breakdown. It is therefore up to you to decide how often your machine should be serviced and how much online support and response time you need in the event of a breakdown.

High level of service – no subscription fee

Regardless of which service agreement you choose, there is no subscription fee. Instead, we prepare a cost estimate for servicing and maintaining your machine. The estimate includes the expected number of service hours as well as a quotation for travel costs. This means you are not tied to a fixed monthly subscription. The service visit is invoiced according to the quotation and the actual time spent.
